Nitin Potdar is Senior Corporate Lawyer & M & A Partner, at J. Sagar Associates, Mumbai (www.jsalaw.com). Mainly advises on transactions related to Foreign Direct Investments, Exchange Controls Regulations and private equity. He has advised several Indian and Multinational companies in setting up Joint Ventures, Financial & Technical Collaborations, Mergers and Acquisitions across industries in India.

He is a Founder Trustee of Maxell Foundation (Maharashtra Corporate Excellence Awards) (www.maxellfoundation.org). A revered speaker at several thought leadership conferences and seminars organized by leading industry institutions and chambers, he is also a self-motivated social author-activist who regularly steers public attention to the larger cause of nation building across academic, social and cultural forums.

Gandhi Films Foundation After completing his B.A., L.L.B. from Mumbai University, he started his film career with AMA Films as Asstt. Editor in 1960. He joined Films Division in 1962 and then joined Gandhi Films Committee in 1967. He assisted Vithalbhai Jhaveri for the epic documentary 'Mahatma'. In 1972 he became Film Officer-cum-Secretary of the newly christened Gandhi Films Foundation and is working as a Director of the Trust. He has been making films for his own concern also. Kumar Ketkar
Kumar Ketkar's work demonstrates the might of the written word. As a journalist, he has brought in-depth coverage on some of the most important events in recent history. His assignments have taken him, often, to the epicenter of world-shaking transitions: the reintegration of two Germanies, the collapse of the Soviet Union, Liberalization in Vietnam and extensive coverage of the Six US Presidential elections, including that of Barack Obama.

The last four decades of his life are marked by honest reportage and distinctive work as editor of some of India's most powerful newspapers. His consistent excellence in journalism earned him not only great prestige and respect among peers, but also recognition at the highest level with awards such as: the Padmashree; the C.D.Deshmukh Award for Excellence in Economic/Financial writing; the Giants International Award for international coverage; the Rajiv Gandhi Award, the Doordharshan Award, the Ratnadarpan Award… to name but a few.

His professional engagement, includes working as Chief Editor, Dainik Divya Marathi - a Dainik Bhaskar Group's publication; Group, Chief Editor Loksatta, The leading Marathi Daily of Indian Express Group; Senior Editor of Indian Express Newspapers (Mumbai) Ltd; Editor-In-Chief, Lokmat and also Maharashtra Times & Special Correspondent, The Economic Times, The Times of India Group. Resident Editor, Daily Observer of the Ambani Group, Reliance (1990-93).
Ujwal Nirgukdar
A Chemical Engineer with 33 years of experience in Film & Digital Technology, currently working as Technical Director-FILMLAB, Mumbai. Appointed as Authorized representative by "The Academy" (Oscars) on 14th Feb.2013 to translate & publish Academy's publications about "Digital Technology", in Indian Languages. The first resident Indian to get "Fellowship Award" from Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers (SMPTE), an International organization which sets standards for Film & Television Industry for the entire world,Oct-2007 at New York.(www.smpte.org). Represents India on Hollywood Technical Committee of SMPTE. Established S.M.P.T.E. India Section in March 2012 & currently appointed as the Chairman of the India Section. Acted as Global Consultant by "Akzo Nobel" to promote Green technology in Film Processing, Board member of International "Association of Cinema & Video Laboratories"(www.acvl.org). Member, National Film Archives Technical Advisory Committee, appointed by Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India. Held technical discussions with Library of Congress (U.S. Govt) for Film Archiving Technology. Held discussions with His Royal Highness Prince Andrew (2nd Son of Queen Elizabeth) regarding joint ventures between India & U.K. Govt. Member, Maharashtra Govt. Filmcity Technical Committee for Film & Digital Technology.

Ujwal Nirgukdar has received (1) Maharashtra Govt. Award for Technical Excellence for being the first Indian to be granted a U.S.Patent in Motion Picture Technology from Hon. Shri.Vilasrao Deshmukh ,Chief Minister of Maharashtra State. April 2005; (2) Western India Cinematographers Association's (W.I.C.A.) Special Award for Contribution to Lab Processing Technology, (3) National Award for his patented technology by IIM Ahmedabad (the top Business school from India), (4) He has been granted funds & incubation at CIIE, as a part of this award, by Govt.of India Dept of Science & Technology, to promote this technology around the world, (5) This technology was selected for presentation at Hollywood Post Alliance conference in Feb-2009. & also by U.K.Govt for their Global Partnership Program, (6) Marathi Vidyan Parishad Award for promoting non-polluting technology for film processing around the world, and (7) Distinguished Aluminus Award-Awarded by U.D.C.T.,Mumbai University (Now I.C.T.) in Dec.2011 for Global contribution to the Motion Picture Technology.

He is also a distinguished Speaker at the Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers,(SMPTE) International Conferences, Los Angeles, New York & Pasadena, CA

Dr. Dilip Patil
Dr.  Dilip Patil, is a Professor and Director of Lifelong Learning and Extension, University of Mumbai,  mobilizing Extension activities in 200 colleges from Goa border to Gujarat border in six districts in konkan with 18,000 degree college students and 400 degree college teachers, having projects in Enterperunship, Industry orientation, Information Technology, status of women in society, National Institute of Open Schooling. Introduced 13 market oriented continuing education ONLINE courses for all the age groups under E – learning Centre of university of Mumbai.

Dr. Patil recently completed his Ph.D in Arts with Rural Development from Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sanghralaya, Girgaon, Mumbai.  At present he is Ph.D. Guide from same Institution, having eight Ph.D. students.  Ten college teachers have completed M. Phil. & 15 students have completed M.A. by research under his guidance. He has authored of 5 books on rural development and cooperation for degree college students.

For the last 24 years he has been teaching Rural Development, Community Development & Panchayati Raj subjects. Has also acted as Principal at the St. Joseph College, Virar.

He worked as a visiting Professor in the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi in Kenya in 2004 as a Ambasadore of Goodwill under Rotary International Foundation, Washington DC, USA (among Ten Best Teachers in World)

Dr.Patil is also working as an observer for UGC NET / SET & BARC Young Scientist Exam. He is a member of various advisory committees in Mumbai Municipal Corporation, and various Universities in India, At present Peer team member of NAAC - UGC Banglore.

He represented India in Ten International Conferences at New Zealand, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Israel, Malaysia, England, South Africa and Kenya.

Last 30 years he is associate with Nirmiti Youth Foundation (an NGO of ex NSS volunteers of Ruia College, Matunga) implementing developmental projects in tribal part of vasai taluka near ganeshpuri in thane district. After his graduation he worked as a tribal volunteer for Six years under jamnalal bajaj Foundation fellowship in thane district to implement projects in education, health, women and child dev; drinking water & sanitation, social forestry, appropriate technology, animal husbandary, rural roads and electrification.
